How to make Electronic Signature

 And it will take you to this website. Now, this is the website where you can create your electronic signature. So let’s scroll down. Now we are going to see how you can create your signature using a mobile phone. And you can follow the same steps from any device you want. Okay, now you can choose how you want to create your signature. As you can see, we have two ways to create The first way is to draw your signature like this. And in the second way, you can type your signature, and it will be automatically generated. I am going to draw my signature. So let’s click on this. And you will get this page, Just scroll down. So this is the area where you can draw your signature.
 
Use your finger to draw. I am going to draw with my finger. As you can see, we have the signature. Once you are done, you can choose the color you want. So click on the color to choose. And the color will be applied. Okay, now to download your signature, just click Save. And you will get this popup. Here, you can enable a transparent background for your signature. I am going to enable this. So next, let’s click here. And your signature will be downloaded. So this is how you can create your electronic signature. The first step is to create an account on S andignwell. So to create yaccount, justJust click the link below this video. And you will get the Signwweb site. ebsi Now to create your account, you can GooSignUpgnup. Or you can use this link to create it with your email. I am going to use Goosup-gnupgnup. So let’s click on t s. now  sin to in  your Google account. Now select your account. As soon as you select your Google account, your Signwell account will be successfully created. And you will get tpop  popThe se 2nd step is to upload the document,  add your signature. So to upload it, just drag and drop the document from your computer. And the document will be uploaded.
 
Next, click on this box, then click continue. And you can see the document. So this means you have successfully uploaded the document. Okay, now you can go to step 3, which is to add your electronic signature. So to add your signature, click on the place where you want it. I am going to click here. And you will get these options. Now here, you can choose how you want to add your signature. First, you can select an automatically generated name from here. Second, you can click here and then draw your signature like this. Finally, you can click here. And upload your signature. I am going to upload my signature. So let’s click here.
 
Now select your electronic signature, and click open. And it will be uploaded. Now let’s click save. And you can see that the signature has been added here. Now to increase the size, just click on it and drag it like this. and drag it here. Okay, Once you have added your signature, to download this updated document, you can go here, and you will get these options. Now click PDF download. And you will get the document. Now you can check it. So to download this, let’s click here, then click save. And the document will be downloaded. And you can see the document. Now let’s scroll down. As you can see, we have the signature here. So this is how you can add your electronic signature to documents. Okay, now let’s say you want to get electronic signatures from other people for any document you want. How can you do that? Now to get other people's signatures, let's go to our Signwell account. And make sure that you are on the documents page. Now click new document, and you will get these options. And then drag and drop the document from your computer. As you can see, the document has been uploaded. Now click continue. 
 
So let’s enter these details. Once you have done that, let’s click prepare. And you will get the document. Okay, now go to the place where you want to get the signature. So let’s scroll down. Now mark the place where you want their signature. I am going to click here. And it will show the person who can add the signature. If you have added more people, you can click here to choose the person you want. Now to increase the size, like we did before. You can click on it, then drag it like this. Now click on it and drag it here. And the size will be increased.
 
Okay, now you have marked the place where you want their signature. So next, let’s see how you can send this document to this person. And you will get this popup. Now here, you can enter a message to the person from whom you want to get the signature. Now select the text and enter your message. So, now that you've added your message, let's click send.And you can see that the document has been sent. So this is the inbox of the person to whom we sent the email. Now, as you can see here, they have received the email that we sent.
 
So if they open it, they can see your message and the document link. Now to add their signature, they can just click here. And they will get the document. Now they can click here. And they will get these options. Now they can choose any option they want. Now if they want to upload their signature, they can click on upload and then here. Next, they can choose their signature. Then click open, and it will be uploaded. Now click save. And you can see that their electronic signature has been added here. Once they have added their signature, they can click here to complete the document. Once they click on it, the document will be completed.
 
Okay, now if we go to our Signwell account and click refresh, as you can see, the document status has been changed to completed. Now if you click on it, you will get the document. So let’s scroll down. And you can see that we have the signature of the person we want. Now to download the document, you can go here. Then click PDF download. And you will get your document. Now to download this, just click here, then click save. And the document will be downloaded. That’s it, guys.
