The name says - 'Prem Geet 3' is a film based on a love story.

Its previous two serials were based on love stories. So there is no doubt that this series is also based on love and conflict.

The curiosity was the same - where will the love story of Mustang in the first series and on the journey from Nepal's Rooster to Myanmar in the second take the audience this time?

In 'Prem Geet 3', released in both Nepali and Hindi languages, there is love, but there is no trip to picturesque places like before. There is a journey, but that journey takes you not to scenic spots, but to history. It is a love story of the royal family of the fictional kingdom of Khajak, set in a historical period.

In the Khajak kingdom, the king (Shiva Shrestha) has two sons - Aman and Prem. Eldest son Aman (Manish Raut) has high aspirations to sit on the throne, while younger son Prem (Pradeep Khadka) wants to sit in the hearts of the people, not the throne. He has no ambition for the throne.

Meanwhile, the mother (Lakshmi Bardeva) predicts that the Rajyoga of the younger son is not the eldest son's.

Two princes are raised as warriors in the Dargah palace of the Khajak kingdom. Prem appears before Aman in training in princely and martial arts. Every year people from seven villages have to come to that palace with grain. Even if the crops are not good, they have to compensate according to the king's demand. During this, Prem meets Geet. He is attracted to the song at the first meeting.

One day, another person in the Khajak kingdom comes to know that he is collecting grain with the people of seven villages in the name of Dargah Palace. To find out about this, Prem goes to the village as an ordinary person. His other purpose is to return the gift given by Geet.

How will love progress between the prince of the Khajak kingdom and a simple village girl? Will their love succeed or not? What are the obstacles in their love?

The third series of Prem Geet revolves around this theme.

The story of the film is very simple. Even that ordinary story could have been presented effectively if the screenplay had been better. But the weak screenplay made the film even weaker.

The screenplay is such that the audience does not feel anything new. While watching the film, the audience can already guess how the story will progress. The film does not surprise the audience in any scene, nor arouse curiosity.

The story of seven villages is often heard in the film. But this is limited to seven village dialogues. A fair is shown, where people from seven villages are said to gather. But so few people are shown in the scene, they don't look like people from seven villages from any angle. Even if we assume that the population will be less in the Himalayas, there could be many ways to judge the seven villages geographically. The film fails in this.

Not only this but listening to the dialogue, it seems that the Khazak kingdom has a very large army. But even here the visuals don't do the dialogue justice. The number of troops on the screen is very small.

There is a dialogue in the film in which Prem tells Aman that his infatuation with the throne has cost many soldiers their lives. But looking back, only eight or nine soldiers are visible.

The dialogue is so generic and bland, which doesn't do justice to the story revolving around the royal family. The kind of vocabulary expected to be used in the courtly language is not present in this film.

If it is the argument of the author that he kept a simple dialogue to depict the situation in the Himalayan region, that also does not fit. Although it is a Himalayan state, the names and periods of the princes show that they are not Himalayan tribes.

The only commendable work in the film is the cinematography. The cinematographer has worked very hard to show the beautiful scenery of the Himalayas and he has succeeded in it.

Even in the artist's close-up shots, the beauty of the Himalayan landscape is reflected. But while the camera captures the beautiful scenery of the Himalayas, the fake snow is faked using cheap VFX which sometimes spoils the original beauty.

Talking about the acting, Pradeep Khadka, who was praised for his recently released 'Prakash', is average in this film. He has not done much to praise. The acting of Manish Raut and Christina Gurung, who made their debut with this film, is also average. Other actors are also average.

The film tries to show the story of the palace, but the presentation lacks a majestic feel. It tries to show a love story growing up in a political conspiracy, but there is no novelty in love. The audience is neither loved by love nor saddened by their separation.

The indoor setting of the film is also very poor. A palace that looks magnificent from the outside does not look like a palace from the inside.

Another beautiful aspect of the film is the music. Both the songs 'Hatti Dhungama' and 'Har Yug Hos' are very catchy. The song sounds melodious even when heard in the background.

At a glance, everything is wrong in this film, but due to the poor performance, the audience cannot feel anything.
